- Dr. Saito has performed conservative uterine operations since 1988. The new Hiroo Medical Clinic was established in 1994. The Hiroo Medical Clinic was formerly in Tokyo.
Dr. Saito was born in Hiroshima, Japan in 1935. He graduated from Toho University of Medicine and studied under professor Chien- Tien Hsu, president of Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. Dr. Saito studied with Prof. Hsu for 8 years and he performed several hundred uterine cancer operations together.
Dr. Saito also studied gynecological surgery for 5 years with Dr. Sugiyama, dean of the Tokyo Operation Group (a nationwide association of gynecological practitioners).
